David and his family were out working on their go cart. David's next door neighbors house just sold. The house across the steet was once owned by a classmate of his in high school. A new house was built in its place and is owned by a UT now pro football player and rented out on AirBnB. The owners are very friendly and have shown him around - it has two fenses inside and a maze. Some of David's friends clean the place in between rentals.
